Job Title: Senior Operations ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to drive business growth and excellence through efficient order management, effective customer communication, and meticulous data entry.Manage customer orders from initiation to fulfillment.Provide timely pricing and delivery information, enter orders into ERP systems, confirm orders and delivery dates, and follow up on all customer orders and inquiries.Generate accurate invoice corrections, submit corrective action requests, and process return authorizations.Maintain precise customer records and update CRM systems with relevant information.Support multiple teams across the organization and communicate with customers efficiently to deliver high levels of service.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management.Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and detail.Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle high-volume transactions.
