Quality Assurance Manager    This role will drive software testing against requirement specifications, use cases, and user stories as new software features are developed.    The Quality Assurance Manager will own the development of test scripts from use cases, user stories, and other sources.    Key responsibilities include owning software testing against requirement specifications, use cases, and user stories as new software features are developed.    As part of the team, assist in undertaking testing during development sprints and in the lead-up to product releases.    Interact with business analysts/product owners and other customer representatives to assess if acceptance criteria have been met.    Collaborate with other development team members to set up and run automated tests using Selenium and write and maintain automated test scripts in C# using SpecFlow and Selenium.    Support external test partners in carrying out specialist testing activities such as load/performance testing.    Accountable for the production and strategy of test management and automation.    Manage the creation of a test automation strategy and ensure increasing testing coverage.    Assist with bug/defect tracking, debugging, and fixing where appropriate.    Responsible for Test environment deployments to test latest/new development.    Responsible for continued improvements of efficiency within delivery teams.    Responsible for Penetration and performance testing of systems in line with company policy and customer expectation.    Mentor R&D team in QA and SDLC processes, support team member personal development goals.Required Skills and Qualifications:Solid knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies.Experience with Selenium and SpecFlow for automated testing.Ability to interact with business analysts/product owners and other customer representatives.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills.Benefits:The opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits package.Others:We offer flexible working arrangements and provide employees with the necessary tools and resources to perform their job effectively.We prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of our business.
