Job Title: OTM Consultant / Senior OTM ConsultantWe are seeking a skilled OTM Consultant or Senior OTM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience working with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud, SQL, and be well-versed with Agile & DevOps practices.Key Responsibilities:Lead or participate in full lifecycle OTM Implementation projects.Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions.Configure OTM modules, workflows, agents, and automation rules.Perform OTM Cloud configurations and support integration with external systems.Conduct functional and technical analysis, develop solution designs, and troubleshoot system issues.Support OTM on-premise to cloud migration activities (if applicable).Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/DevOps environment.Create documentation, functional specs, and process flows for implementations.Requirements:8–12+ Years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).Strong hands-on experience with OTM Cloud; exposure to both functional and technical areas.Proficiency in SQL and OTM-related data structures.Knowledge of DevOps pipelines, version control, build/release processes.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.Experience with OTM on-premises to cloud migration (mandatory for senior role; good to have for mid-level).Excellent communication and client interaction skills.Benefits:This is a remote job.The ideal candidate will have experience in Logistics/Supply Chain domain.Familiarity with API/Integration technologies such as SOAP/REST is a plus.
