Senior Interior Design Professional

Job DescriptionThe Design Manager will oversee the creation and implementation of all design-related projects. The individual will ensure that design deliverables meet client expectations and are executed within agreed-upon timelines and budgets.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement interior space designs for commercial and residential spaces.Manage a team of interior designers and 3D visualizers to create drawings and designs that meet client requirements and budget constraints.Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, engage in project discussions, and handle project execution from start to finish.Work closely with internal procurement teams and site execution teams to ensure smooth project functioning.Select and approve material finishes in accordance with client specifications.Develop project schedules for furniture, general, and decorative light fixtures, carpets, and other essential elements.Collaborate with graphic designers to create wallpaper designs and other graphic elements as per client requirements.Prepare and coordinate working drawings and technical drawings for site execution.RequirementsWe seek candidates with a strong background in interior design, preferably with experience in designing corporate and residential spaces. They should possess knowledge of interior elements and building structures.Key Skills:• Strong design sense and creativity• Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal communication abilities• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively• Proven track record of delivering high-quality design work and leading teams on complex projects• Comprehensive knowledge of materials, costing, and GFC details• Understanding of client engagement and technical drawingsPreferred QualificationsProficiency in Autodesk, MS Excel, Photoshop, SketchUp, and 3DS-Max is preferred. Experience in drafting, quantity assessment, project pitch presentations, and design conceptualization writing is also beneficial.
