Job Title: Senior Data AnalystOverview of the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our analytics group, you will play a critical role in providing programming support to our statistics and programming department across various projects, clients, and therapeutic areas.The ideal candidate will have excellent SAS and SQL programming skills, as well as the ability to implement complex logic and generate reports to enable analysts to explore real-world healthcare data assets.Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain large databases and complex analysis data sets derived from various data sources with a careful eye for outliers and errors.Collaborate with internal and client teams to design and implement advanced statistical methods such as survival and regression analysis.Maintain and improve existing database programming using SQL, ensuring data quality and integrity.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or other subject with high statistical content.A minimum of four years of experience in SAS statistical programming and database programming using SQL.Familiarity with real-world healthcare claims and EHR data such as MarketScan, Optum, Flatiron Health, SEER medicare, and Medicare databases.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, computer science, or other subject with high statistical content.Training or experience using the OMOP common data model.Pharmaceutical industry experience.What We OfferOur company offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for professional growth, and a competitive salary package.
