Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Patient Services Representative to join our team. As a Patient Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients via phone, email, and chat.You will be the face of our company, communicating with patients in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Your goal is to resolve issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Required Skills and Qualifications:Customer Service: Experience in providing exceptional customer service to patients or clients in a call center or remote setting.Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and management.Customer Records: Ability to accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and issues in our CRM system.Benefits:This is a full-time remote role with rotational shifts.
