Digital Project Manager

About the JobWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive project manager to oversee small-scale app development projects from concept to launch.This role involves coordinating between design, development, QA, and business teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of applications.Plan, organize, and manage the end-to-end app development lifecycle for small to mid-sized applications.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables.Break down high-level requirements into actionable tasks and assign them to development resources.Run daily or weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, and progress review meetings to track project progress.Identify risks, issues, and blockers; proactively resolve or escalate them to maintain smooth project execution.Maintain clear communication between business teams, designers, developers, and QA staff.Manage documentation such as requirement specs, user stories, project plans, and status reports to ensure transparency.Coordinate testing, bug tracking, and release planning to ensure successful project delivery.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to break down complex requirements into actionable tasks and prioritize accordingly.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project-related issues.Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems.Benefits:We offer a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.A competitive salary package will be provided to successful candidates.Relocation assistance may be available for out-of-town candidates.Others:The selected candidate will have access to our state-of-the-art facilities and resources.We provide ongoing training and support to ensure the candidate's success in their new role.
