Roles and Responsibilities-

  • 7+ Years of Experience with ServiceNow application development
  • Experience implementing new modules or features, ideally ITSM, ITOM & Service Portals
  • Experience with discovery, requirements gathering, and the build out of core ServiceNow functionality
  • Working under the oversight of architect and in collaboration with all other members of the ServiceNow team
  • Develop scripts, flows and solutions using available tools and established standard processes
  • Proven ability to configure ServiceNow using Apply Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI / Data Policies, Flows, ACLs and Script Includes and UI Scripts to fulfill requirements, including knowledge of and experience with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5
  • Must have experience working with Flow Designer and UI Builder
  • Develop and deploy custom ServiceNow applications per organization established development practices
  • Coding and configuring integrations between ServiceNow and data source systems
  • Experience in web service integrations using REST, SOAP, etc
  • Participates in Agile and scrum ceremonies and produces deliverables associated with the goals to deliver value
  • Excellent critical thinking, communications, and personal interaction skills
  • Certified application developer
