Project Lead - Data ScienceThis role is for an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee and deliver projects in data engineering, analytics, and science.Develop and implement project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies to meet organizational objectives.Demonstrate a solid understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and analytics workflows to inform strategic business decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, and operations to define project requirements, success metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Key Responsibilities:Create detailed project roadmaps, schedules, resource plans, and dependency matrices to ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.Leverage Agile methodologies to lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other ceremonies to drive team collaboration and efficiency.Maintain accurate project progress tracking using tools like Jira, Confluence, and report status to stakeholders, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.Proactively identify and resolve project blockers, dependencies, and resource constraints to minimize delays and maximize return on investment (ROI).The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical acumen, and excellent communication abilities to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success.
