About the RoleThis position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about connecting with students and helping them find suitable housing. The goal of this role is to build long-term relationships with potential students, understand their needs, and provide them with valuable information about the housing process.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish rapport with students through regular communication via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.Educate students about Amber's offerings and the booking process, providing them with a seamless experience.Identify genuine interest, capture detailed requirements, and categorize leads by readiness.Utilize CRM tools to track every lead's journey from initial contact to sales handover.Regularly follow up with potential students to keep them engaged and informed.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:Bachelor's/Diploma degree in any field.0-2 years of experience in inside sales or a related field.Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English essential).Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, empathetic, and proactive approach.
