Visual Strategy DirectorWe are seeking a highly skilled Visual Strategy Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual strategy, team management, and execution.The Visual Strategy Director will be responsible for developing and articulating the creative vision and direction for our brand.They will translate objectives into compelling visual concepts and strategies, staying up-to-date with current industry trends and creative techniques.The role requires leading and inspiring a team of experienced creative professionals, including videographers, 3D artists, and designers.Main Responsibilities:Creative Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate the creative vision and direction for our brand. Translate objectives into compelling visual concepts and strategies. Stay updated with current industry trends and creative techniques.Team Leadership and Management: Lead and inspire a team of 7 experienced creative professionals, including videographers, 3D artists, and designers. Provide clear creative direction and guidelines to the team members.Project Conceptualization and Development: Collaborate with various internal teams (production, e-comm, performance marketing) to understand project objectives and requirements. Brainstorm creative concepts and ideas.Quality Control and Creative Execution: Oversee the execution of creative concepts throughout the production process. Provide artistic and technical guidance to the team. Review and approve final materials, ensuring high quality and adherence to the creative vision.Creative Branding and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain our brand's creative branding and identity.About You:You have experience working in the D2C space and have managed creative direction for D2C brands in marketing, content, and branding.You possess strong skills in visual strategy, team management, and execution.You have good knowledge of the beauty, fitness, and personal care industry and trends.You can work independently and collaboratively.What We Offer:You will report directly to the Founders.Our environment is highly experimental, where you can put your visual storytelling skills to the test.You will work with a super talented team in a super-fast-growing company.You will work on multiple categories – oral care, massage, hair styling, and grooming, etc.
