Technical/Functional Skills

- Hands on experience on Peoplesoft administration.
- Good experience in PUM upgrade and People Tools Upgrade.
- SSL Certification updating and renewing in servers.
- Perform administration activities such as setting user accounts, roles, access privileges
- Performs software installations, security administration (Patch Management) and upgrades to Peoplesoft systems and layered software applications.
- Willing to work in Multiple shift timings on Rotation basis.
- Have experience In Object/ file Migrations, application patching using change assistant & PUM Packages etc.
- Experienced in Project Migrations and running compare reports via Application Designer and Phire Tool
- Work with Infrastructure team members(Network, NT and Unix Administrators) to build and deliver services in a stable and secure multi-instance hosting environment. Assist with Capacity Planning, disaster recovery and load balancing activities.
- Work on all phases of a Project development, testing, Production support etc
- Experience in People Tools and Application upgrade is a Plus
- Hands on experience in Scripting(Unix or windows)
- Experience in Troubleshooting issues related to Integration Broker, Web server, App server and Process scheduler.
- Experience in performance tuning on Peoplesoft systems

Roles & Responsibilities

- Installation, Maintenance and upgrade of PeopleSoft application
- Proactively identify issues during implementations and be able to mitigate the issues
- Good Troubleshooting skills and able to troubleshoot issues with Peoplesoft Integration Broker, Report Posting, Weblogic, Application server, PUM Patching, CA/Upgrade steps, Application Engine, SQR, SQLs, Peoplecode and oracle database.
- Update Job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, professional Organizations.
- Add and Update document standards for Peoplesoft architecture and configuration as well as day to day operational procedures and protocols
- Serve in a 24/7 on call capacity, working evenings/ weekends as needed.
