We are seeking a candidate with 2-5 years of experience in Direct Tax- TDS, ITR, Tax Audit, Tax equalization, and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate TDS liability, including reconciling with books of accounts and preparing TDS returns .
- Prepare Tax Audit Report schedules and related backup documentation.
- Handle the preparation and filing of income tax returns .
- Manage Form 15CA/CB processes.
- Maintain and update a litigation tracker, with regular reviews of the income tax portal.
- Assist with internal and statutory audits specifically related to direct tax matters.
- Compile data for submission to tax authorities in relation to ongoing litigations.
- Stay up-to-date with recent amendments introduced by the Finance Act 2024 in relation to Direct Tax.
- Possess knowledge and experience in tax equalization .
- Prepare schedules for direct tax and TDS payments.
- Demonstrate proficiency in advanced Excel and experience with SAP .
