DFT Specialist Lead PositionWe are seeking an experienced DFT Specialist Lead to fill a critical role in our India-based team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Design for Test (DFT) principles and hands-on experience in scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, transition delay test coverage analysis, MBIST insertion, and memory test validation.The ideal candidate will possess expertise in scripting languages such as Perl and Shell, as well as the ability to work with RTL and gate level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors. They should also have knowledge of equivalence check, DFT DRC rules, and experience working with Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test.Key responsibilities include:In-depth knowledge of DFT concepts and methodologiesHands-on experience in designing and implementing efficient test strategiesExpertise in defining test mode timing constraints and providing corrective actions for timing violationsExperience in simulating and validating complex digital circuitsKnowledge of advanced test development tools and techniquesAs a member of our international team, the selected candidate must be able to adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies while demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
