Job Title: IT Infrastructure SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure it is running smoothly and efficiently.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server administration, performance monitoring, and resource utilization tracking. You should also have experience with virtualization, active directory management, DNS, DHCP, IIS, SMTP, WINS, DFS configuration, cluster services management, patch management, backup and recovery management, job scheduling, environment variables management, account lifecycle management, security and vulnerability management, and server build and imaging.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, backups, and system checks.Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.Develop and implement strategies to improve system performance and efficiency.Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.Strong background in server administration, performance monitoring, and resource utilization tracking.Experience with virtualization, active directory management, DNS, DHCP, IIS, SMTP, WINS, DFS configuration, cluster services management, patch management, backup and recovery management, job scheduling, environment variables management, account lifecycle management, security and vulnerability management, and server build and imaging.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A dynamic and supportive work environment.
