Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer in Bengaluru . The Business Communication Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on communication, curriculum development, intercultural communication, and writing. The role will involve enhancing the communication skills of professionals through various workshops and programs.

  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Training and Curriculum Development expertise
  • Proficiency in Writing business-related content
  • Knowledge of Intercultural Communication practices
  • Experience in conducting training sessions
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Understanding of business etiquette and professional communication
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, or related field

Job Description

  • Trainer would be required to conduct IN-PERSON trainings at our centre in Bangalore.
  • Training's would be scheduled every Saturday and Sunday
  • Timing's would be from 10:30am to 1:30pm
  • A structured syllabus to be followed
  • Pre assessments and post training feedback to be provided to the candidates after completion of the sessions
