This internship provides hands-on experience in computer hardware, system installation, troubleshooting, and IT asset managementwithin a corporate environment.As an IT Hardware Intern, you will assist our IT infrastructure team in maintaining hardware systems, supporting end-users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Support the IT team in hardware troubleshooting and system upgrades. Help with network setup and basic connectivity troubleshooting. Maintain inventory of IT assets and assist in hardware documentation. Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements when required. Provide technical support to internal users on hardware-related issues. Ensure timely escalation and resolution of system or device problems. Support team members during system rollouts, updates, and hardware testing.Required SkillsBasic understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and basic software installation. Good knowledge of network devices (routers, switches, LAN setup) is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced IT environment.Educational QualificationDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related fields.
