QualificationsA bachelor's degree in IT, computer science.Technical certification in Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Developer-1, Salesforce Developer-2 (for Senior Role).Experience: 6+ years of developer experience with Salesforce. Required SkillsStrong understanding of Salesforce products and services (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc).High level of skill set in handling APEX classes, LWC and out of the box configuration, API, 3rd party integration like connecting with SAP, Azure etc. Preferred SkillsUnderstanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Knowledge of the phases involved in software development, from planning to deployment.Agile Methodologies: Understanding and experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum.Version Control Systems: Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps for managing code.Understanding of CRM Principles - Knowledge of CRM concepts and best practices.Strong Coding Skills - Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.
