Job Title: Digital Advertising StrategistWe are seeking a highly skilled Digital Advertising Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative paid advertising campaigns and strategies to drive digital growth.Create and execute cross-channel advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Pmax), YouTube, and programmatic channels.Design and manage multi-touch attribution models using Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize ROI.Collaborate with the content team to develop data-driven marketing strategies and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement A/B testing and experimentation strategies to optimize user engagement and conversions.Set up and optimize tracking pixels and conversion goals in Google Analytics.Conduct extensive reporting and data analysis to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.Requirements:2+ years of experience in performance marketing or related field.Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and/or other tracking software.Experience with marketing automation concepts and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
