This includes developing comprehensive Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reports.Key Responsibilities:Transfer Pricing Documentation & Compliance:Lead the development and maintenance of accurate, complete, and timely transfer pricing documentation across all relevant jurisdictions.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of transfer pricing processes.Pursue technical excellence in applying OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.Risk Management & Governance:Ensure robust risk management practices are implemented to mitigate exposure to evolving international and local transfer pricing laws.Analyze changes in global tax laws and adapt transfer pricing policies accordingly.Intercompany Agreements & Transaction Management:Develop and maintain intercompany agreements that reflect commercial realities and align with transfer pricing policies.Collaborate with business units to structure transactions effectively.Strategic Advisory & Global Strategy:Provide expert guidance on transfer pricing matters to senior management.Contribute to the development of the global transfer pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.Collaboration, Audit & Dispute Resolution:Facilitate collaboration among internal teams to manage risks associated with intercompany pricing structures.Offer subject matter expertise and training on transfer pricing principles.Support the management and defense of transfer pricing audits or disputes raised by tax authorities.
