Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced frontend developer with strong expertise in React, Next.js, and Micro-Frontend architecture to lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications.The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge, leadership experience, and hands-on implementation skills in cloud platforms—specifically Microsoft Azure.This role involves leading frontend development efforts for enterprise-scale applications using React, Next.js, and Micro-Frontend frameworks.You will drive architectural decisions, code quality improvements, and best-practice adoption.Collaboration with backend, DevOps, UX, and product teams is crucial to deliver cohesive solutions.The successful candidate will build highly performant, responsive UIs with React and Next.js (SSR, ISR, SSG).They will develop modular, reusable components and libraries.Micro-Frontend architectures for large distributed systems will be designed and implemented.Azure Cloud (App Services, Storage, CDN, DevOps, Pipelines) will be used to deploy and manage frontend apps.Closely working with DevOps for CI/CD setup and monitoring is also a requirement.Candidate must troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.They will guide the team through solutions, planning, estimations, and sprint execution.Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills are essential.The ability to lead a team and drive end-to-end delivery is also required.Key Responsibilities:Lead frontend development efforts for enterprise-scale applications.Drive architectural decisions, code quality improvements, and best-practice adoption.Collaborate with backend, DevOps, UX, and product teams.Design and implement Micro-Frontend architectures for large distributed systems.Deploy and manage frontend apps on Azure Cloud.Work closely with DevOps for CI/CD setup and monitoring.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript.Hands-on experience with Micro-Frontend architecture (Module Federation, Webpack, Single-SPA, etc.).Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/SCSS, UI component libraries.Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and frontend security.Experience deploying and scaling applications on Azure Cloud.Benefits:This role offers excellent opportunities for growth and professional development.The company provides a dynamic work environment and collaborative culture.The candidate will work with cutting-edge technologies and innovative projects.Others:The candidate must have strong ownership and problem-solving skills.They must have experience with design systems and UI architecture.Knowledge of backend fundamentals (Java/Spring Boot) is a plus.Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is also required.
