The Diploma Trainee will be responsible for supporting daily packaging operations, assisting with sustainable packaging solutions, collaborating with different teams to optimize processes, and ensuring compliance with all certifications and guidelines. The role involves hands-on experience, learning and developing key skills in packaging engineering, and contributing to the company's sustainability goals.QualificationsBasic knowledge in packaging engineering, automotive packaging, and CKD operationsAbility to assist in export packaging solutions, returnable packaging, and UN-certified EV battery packagingStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work under supervision and as part of a teamCommitment to sustainability and reducing carbon footprintsRelevant diploma in mechanical and packaging engineering or related fieldPrevious internship or practical experience in packaging engineering is a plusLocation: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
