Hi, I'm Arpana D.R, your Recruiter and guide to joining CSG We are excited to learn more about you and your unique background.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Software Dev Engr who will: Code Development: Write, debug, and maintain high-quality code that meets project requirements.Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers, designers, and product managers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.Testing: Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and debugging of applications to ensure performance and scalability.Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for codebases, APIs, and development processes.Learning & Growth: Continuously enhance technical skills and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.Code Review: Contribute to peer code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.You should be able to collaborate effectively with other team members.You will work independently in a cross-cultural environment, having 2-3 hours overlap with stakeholders in the US.Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who: Bachelor's degree in computer science, or technically related field, or equivalent professional experience.1-3 years of experience in software development and software support/maintenance.Experience in C#, .NET, MS SQL Server, Web Services, SOAP, and ASP.Net Core.Strong Knowledge of OOP concepts.Work well within a team environment using Agile methods.Some experience with Cloud Services such as Amazon Web Services.Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes.Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Our Guiding Principles Impact Always help and empower others, whether they're colleagues or customers.
