Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Lead MEAN / MERN Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in full-stack JavaScript development, along with proven expertise in technical leadership, application architecture, problem-solving, code quality, and team mentoring.

As a Lead MEAN / MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. You will work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires someone who can balance hands-on development with technical leadership, take ownership of complex deliverables, conduct effective code reviews, mentor team members, and make sound technical decisions.

• 6 to 10+ years of experience in the IT Software Industry.\n
• Strong hands-on experience in MEAN and/or MERN Stack development.\n
• Proven experience in technical leadership and team mentoring.\n
• Strong experience in developing and implementing scalable web applications.\n
• Experience working on complex product development and software implementation projects.\n
• Experience participating in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\n
