We are looking for:

Seasoned professional possessing Law / Economics degree / Company Secretary / MBA or similar with approx. 12-19 years of relevant experience, preferably in chambers, law firms, consultancies, corporates, institutions, etc.


Principal Accountabilities and Desirable Skill-Set


  • Familiarity with the following laws and regulations, clear understanding of issues vis-à-vis industry demands and Govt’s expectations and ability to articulate the same in the form of representations:

  • Compliances under Companies Act and SEBI Regulations applicable to Companies including Corporate Governance; Financial and ESG reporting
  • SEBI Regulations on Capital Raising and Investment Management – applicable to Fund Managers, Brokers, Private Equity Funds, Companies, Mutual Funds, AIFs, intermediaries
  • Resolution of Stressed Assets under IBC
  • Compliances under Competition Law and challenges
  • Inbound and Outbound Investments

  • Well-networked amongst relevant stakeholders viz. Ministry of Corporate Affairs, corporates, SEBI, think tanks and consultants (legal and Big4). Forging mutually beneficial partnerships with stakeholders.

  • Organising flagship Conferences and knowledge sessions in relevant domains including identifying the pertinent issues, structuring the agenda, positioning speakers in relevant sessions, generating sponsorship and overseeing logistics and delegate promotion.

  • Overseeing FICCI committees in the above areas and delivering value to FICCI members, enhancing engagement.
