Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst. This role will be pivotal in driving financial reporting excellence, supporting finance processes, and delivering actionable insights through robust reporting and visualization tools.The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning, including HTML reporting, OfficeConnect, and dashboard creation. They will develop, maintain, and optimize reports using HTML and OfficeConnect reporting tools, design and manage Adaptive Dashboards, and serve as subject matter expert for Adaptive Planning.This position requires strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. The successful candidate will have experience supporting multiple business functions in a corporate finance environment and be able to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.The key responsibilities of this role include:Developing, maintaining, and optimizing reports using HTML and OfficeConnect reporting toolsDesigning and managing Adaptive DashboardsServing as subject matter expert for Adaptive PlanningPreparing and delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reportsCreating dynamic visualizations and dashboardsSupporting forecasting and budgeting processesAnalyzing variances and recommending corrective actionsThe ideal candidate will also possess the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred5+ years of experience in finance or financial analysis rolesAdvanced proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning, including HTML reporting, OfficeConnect, and dashboard creationStrong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysisAdvanced Excel and data visualization skills
