Job Title: SAP Financial Planning and Accounting ConsultantOverview: We are seeking a seasoned SAP FI consultant to support our financial planning and accounting efforts in Singapore and Mexico. The ideal candidate will have experience in SAP FI, ECC, and S/4HANA, with a strong background in financial reporting, data mapping, and business process analysis.Key Responsibilities:Review existing ECC FI reports and map them to S/4HANA financial structures, ensuring seamless data flows and accurate downstream reporting.Develop functional specifications, FI report requirements, data mapping layouts, and GDL integrations, collaborating with BI and data teams to ensure alignment.Conduct FIT/GAP analysis and define To-Be processes across broader FI modules, identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.Validate financial data flows for AA, banking, cash management, cost center accounting, and tax, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.Support unit and integration testing for cross-FI reporting, ensuring that all outputs meet global templates and reporting governance standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial planning and accounting efforts with business objectives, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.Requirements:8+ years of SAP FI experience across multiple FI submodules (AA, banking, tax, cost accounting, etc.).Strong hands-on experience in ECC and S/4HANA, with a solid understanding of S/4 FI tables, ACDOCA (Universal Journal), and related data structures.Proven ability to write FRDs, BRDs, and functional specifications, with excellent communication and analytical skills.Experience in brownfield migration projects, with a track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, data mapping, and business process analysis, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop creative solutions.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.About Us: Our company is a leading provider of finance and accounting services, with a strong reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.
