Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled and proactive individual to join our Business Development and Proposal shop as a Technical Content Developer.This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and professional development in the field of technical writing and proposal development. The successful candidate will have a strong background in written communication and the ability to lead the development of compliant technical content that clearly and concisely executes on the strategic response plan with an emphasis on customer insight through research.Responsibilities include collaborating with various team members such as Capture Lead, Proposal Manager, Account Team, Subject Matter Experts, Solution Architects, and other authors to facilitate meetings, capture solution information, craft the Technical Approach, conduct interviews, manage content development, and execute quality control functions for compliance with RFx and proposal design standards. 3;A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with excellent English language skills is required.Five years of experience in proposal or technical writing for US government proposals is essential.Shipley or equivalent training or certification is highly desired.Strong working knowledge of word processing software and MS Excel is necessary.Experience creating/editing compelling graphics using Microsoft PowerPoint is preferred.Excellent organizational skills, as well as attention to detail, are required.Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.Ability to meet deadlines is crucial.Good strategic planning abilities are necessary.Benefits:The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing organization with a strong focus on innovation and collaboration.Other Information:If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for technical writing and proposal development, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
