Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding/Offboarding members from our global medical insurances on timely manner.

• Provide support with general cover queries from staff & contractors on global medical policies.

• Reconciliation of invoices.

• Ensuring proper medical coverage for staff/contractors.

• Provide support to the insurance team with the management of the NES global insurance program.

• Managing the weekly enrollments/cancellations of specific clients.

• Responsible for weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting.


Job Requirements:

• Outstanding written and oral communication in English.

• Insurance/Finance Background would be helpful.

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Methodical and accurate in their work.

• Attention to detail and managing deadlines to meet expectations.

• Use of Microsoft office essential (Outlook, Excel, Word etc)
