Senior PeopleSoft DeveloperJob Title: Senior PeopleSoft DeveloperWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PeopleSoft Developer to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PeopleSoft, with expertise in implementation, configuration, and customization of the platform.Develop process to pull staff demographic data from PeopleSoft;Load historical data from SQL Server database to PeopleSoft;Produce programs that meet user satisfaction and acceptance;Take functional specs and develop high quality technical specs;This is a long-term position that requires a motivated contractor who can work independently and as part of a team.Tasks involve coding, testing and delivering high-quality software solutions.Other responsibilities include preparing documentation, conducting peer review and participating in status meetings.Required skills include knowledge of PeopleTools, Peoplesoft Application Designer, Peoplecode and overall excellent technical skills on the Peoplesoft Development platform.SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle platform expertise also necessary along with SQR programming and Peoplesoft Mobile / Fluid technologies knowledge.Bachelor or Master degree in relevant field and 8+ years of IT experience preferred.Key Responsibilities:Implementation and configuration of PeopleSoft modules;Customization of PeopleSoft applications to meet business requirements;Development of reports and dashboards using PeopleSoft tools;Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to PeopleSoft applications.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft development;Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture and functionality;Excellent technical skills in PeopleSoft tools and platforms;Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Competitive salary;Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing organization;Chance to develop skills and expertise in PeopleSoft and related technologies.Others:Work will be done in Chennai;Candidates must be willing to relocate or already reside there.
