Campaign Planner

Campaign SpecialistOur team is seeking a Campaign Specialist to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring multiple campaign initiatives from start to finish. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring timely launch and meeting client expectations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution.Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.Conduct data analysis and reporting to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.Engineering graduates only - Preference to graduates from IIT, NIT and similar top institutesWilling to work during US operational hours2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in managing CRM campaigns for large B2C brandsPrior experience in handling CRM campaign activities for US clients is strongly preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English (both spoken and written).Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; proactive and able to handle uncertainty with minimal guidance.Already experienced in handling multiple campaign and data tools and keen to learn new tools quickly if requiredPreference to those who are currently residing in US or CanadaProactive, willing to learn, and a strong team player.Benefits: This is a remote position that offers a 5-day work week, medical insurance, and more.
