Position Overview: We are seeking two experienced Vendor Managers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships with our vendors, ensuring the highest quality of products and services to support our solar infrastructure projects. If you have a proven track record in vendor development and are passionate about renewable energy, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential vendors to support our solar infrastructure projects.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure favorable agreements.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors to enhance collaboration and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor capabilities with project needs.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of vendor performance.
  • Address any vendor-related issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Stay informed about market trends and new vendor offerings to drive innovation.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in vendor development and management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for vendor management and analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
