Senior Plant Manager PositionThe ideal candidate for this role will be a key figure in driving operational excellence and decision-making within the organization.ResponsibilitiesLead the plant & machinery department, specializing in high-rise tower management.Erect, dismantle, maintain, and operate Luffing Jib tower cranes, passenger hoists, placer booms, and other equipment effectively.Develop methodologies for equipment erection, operation, and maintenance checklists.Optimize spare parts inventory, source skilled operators and mechanics, and manage cost efficiently.Generate accurate MIS reports to mechanical heads and project managers.Maintain site records of equipment, including log books, preventive maintenance records, and upkeep at zonal sites.Estimate monthly budgets for spares and running expenses for each machine, monitoring them regularly.Train personnel on safe equipment use and repair/servicing best practices.Ensure optimal P&M usage corresponding to rated productivity outputs.Minimize breakdowns and maximize equipment availability at sites.Develop service schedules and implement them strictly.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong leadership skills.At least 10 years of relevant experience.
