Role OverviewWe are seeking an Ads Creative who possesses a unique blend of storytelling, strategy, and visual craft to produce high-performing ad content across digital platforms.Develop engaging concepts and storyboards that effectively communicate the brand's values and unique selling points.Write compelling scripts and captions for short-form videos, user-generated content, and motion ads.Coordinate production (shooting, editing, or briefing creators) to deliver high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.Repurpose assets for multiple formats including Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and static ads.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the media buying team to test, analyze, and iterate on creative concepts.Track ad performance data to identify what resonates and optimize future creatives.Continuously A/B test hooks, thumbnails, visuals, and CTAs to drive conversions.Brand & Messaging Consistency:E nsure all content aligns with our tone, aesthetic, and sustainability-driven story.Maintain a cohesive visual language across all paid and organic campaigns.Adapt creatives for different markets while preserving the core brand identity.Requirements:Demonstrated experience in creating high-performing ad content across digital platforms.Strong understanding of storytelling principles and their application in ad creation.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Portfolio showcasing creative expertise is required.We're looking for someone who:Has a passion for sustainability and eco-friendly living.Is skilled in visual craft and able to create eye-catching content.Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can meet deadlines.About Us:We're a company that creates innovative, ultralight reusable bags promoting sustainable living through stylish, eco-friendly solutions.
