Job Posting:We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to lead the design and implementation of a scalable, maintainable, and reusable automation framework.Develop a modular automation framework using C# with a focus on reusability and scalability across teams.Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automation into the SDLC, including pipeline integration and test data management.Define and promote best practices for automation, including naming conventions, code readability, and maintainability.Mentor QA engineers on automation techniques and ensure broader team adoption.Partner with developers to ensure applications are testable.Optimize test execution speed and reliability through parallel execution, smart waits, and flaky test management.Contribute to roadmap planning by identifying automation opportunities and technical debt.Lead code reviews, troubleshoot test failures, and continuously improve test reliability and performance.Mandatory Skills:6+ years of experience in test automation, with at least 2 years using Playwright (or similar frameworks like Selenium).Strong programming skills in C# with experience designing libraries, frameworks, or SDKs for automationExperience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and integrating automation into pipelinesDeep understanding of the Page Object Model and automation design patterns.Ability to own the automation initiative end-to-end.Proven ability to lead framework development and influence cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and documentation skillsDesired Skills :Experience with component libraries.Familiarity with enterprise-scale QA processes and test planning.Familiarity with containerization and cloud platforms.Experience with load/performance testing tools.Exposure to public safety or criminal justice software domains is a plus.
