Software Engineering Leadership RoleOverview: We seek a seasoned Software Engineer to spearhead the development of core features and services.Owning end-to-end development of complex projects across backend and frontend components, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive scalable, reliable, and maintainable distributed systems.Developing clean, modular, testable code adhering to industry best practices, including TDD, design patterns, SOLID principles, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Mentoring junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance to enhance their skills and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.Promoting engineering excellence through adherence to peer reviews, static code analysis, CI/CD hygiene, and code quality standards, as well as contributing to defining and improving coding guidelines, development workflows, and engineering processes.Leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-assisted engineering tools to optimize development, debugging, and testing workflows, driving innovation and efficiency in software development.
