Virtual Fitness DirectorWe seek a seasoned Virtual Fitness Director to spearhead our digital coaching initiatives. As an integral member of our team, you will lead the development of customized fitness and mindset programs, guide clients through their transformative journeys, and foster long-term success.The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience as a fitness coach or personal trainer, with a proven track record in online coaching and working with busy professionals.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough onboarding sessions to understand clients' unique objectives, challenges, and fitness levels.Design personalized workout and nutrition plans tailored to clients' needs.Provide regular virtual check-ins to assess progress, adjust programs, and offer motivational support.Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and identify trends in client performance.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience as a fitness coach or personal trainer.Prior experience in online coaching or working with busy professionals is highly desirable.Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Nutrition, or a related field is preferred.Certifications from recognized organizations (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent) are required.Desired Skills:In-depth knowledge of exercise programming, nutrition, and habit formation.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and inspire clients.Proficiency in using online tools for coaching and CRM systems.Personal Qualities:A results-driven mindset with high standards of professionalism and accountability.Empathy and the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and schedules effectively.
