Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 4–5 years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automation testing . The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the finance domain , strong analytical skills, and a passion for ensuring product quality and reliability. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing .
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit, or similar .
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps .
  • Ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies , including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to QA best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, Python, or JavaScript for writing automation scripts.
  • Experience with SQL for data validation and backend testing.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies .
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the finance or banking domain .
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
  • ISTQB or other relevant certifications.
