The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. Key responsibilities will include handling financial records and transactions, along with ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.Qualifications and SkillsProficiency in Tally ERP (Mandatory skill) is essential for managing financial data and accounting transactions effectively.Advanced understanding and practical experience in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.Demonstrated competency in handling purchase entries to maintain accurate records of inventory and expenses.Solid grasp of GST filing procedures to ensure timely and compliant submissions.Proficiency with Tally (Mandatory skill) for maintaining and managing accounting records efficiently.Proven experience as an Accountant with strong analytical skills to interpret financial information accurately.Attention to detail and accuracy in all financial documentation and reporting activities.Familiarity with accounting practices in retail and manufacturing environments is preferred to tailor financial strategies effectively.Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to managing tasks and problem-solving.Roles and ResponsibilitiesOversee financial transactions and ensure accounting records are maintained accurately and timely.Prepare financial statements and reports for management, offering insights and recommendations.Ensure correct GST filing and compliance with all relevant tax regulations.Manage purchase entries and maintain up-to-date inventory and expense records.Coordinate with internal departments to streamline financial operations and budget management.Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies in financial documents and reports.Implement accounting best practices and streamline financial processes for efficiency.Provide support during budgeting and forecasting processes, offering financial insights for decision-making.
