Job Opportunity:We are seeking an accomplished mechanical design expert to lead the development of complete RADAR systems and their sub-systems.Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, drive concept development, prototyping, validation, and transition to production.Design gimbals, pedestals, and kinematic mechanisms for RADAR manoeuvrabilityOversee structural and thermal design, including high-wattage cooling systems and their validationManage the development and testing of radomes, actuators, and motor-integrated mechanismsPerform tolerance stack-up analysis and ensure mechanical integrity across assembliesDesign and validate cable and harness routing and retention at the system levelConduct system-level mechanical analysis and testing of RADAR systems and sub-systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including electronics, systems, and manufacturing
