Project Manager OfficerWe are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive the success of our initiatives. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a key player in project governance, portfolio management, and strategic reporting.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective project governance frameworks ensuring compliance across all projects and programs.Design and deliver high-quality portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports using advanced Excel skills and visualization tools.Conduct in-depth data analysis and trend identification to support strategic decision-making and resource optimization.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking for projects and programs ensuring accuracy and transparency.Facilitate executive governance meetings presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Mentor and coach junior team members fostering a culture of excellence.Collaborate with delivery teams to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.Qualifications and Skills:Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or portfolio governance roles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including macros, VBA, complex modeling, and automation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data visualization tools.Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.Experience in financial management for projects.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.Desired Characteristics:Strategic thinker with attention to detail.Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.Ability to influence and drive change across teams.High emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset.Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
