Project Manager Job DescriptionWe are seeking a results-driven professional to handle the end-to-end vendor management process, encompassing talent sourcing, onboarding, coordination, and performance management across diverse domains.Talent Sourcing: Identify suitable vendors through various platforms, build and maintain a strong database of freelancers, agencies, and service partners, and ensure a steady pipeline for ongoing and upcoming projects.Key responsibilities include conducting initial capability discussions, evaluating expertise, domain fit, availability, and quality of work samples, understanding pricing expectations and alignment, negotiating and finalizing commercials, coordinating NDAs, agreements, and onboarding documentation.Vendor Onboarding & Operations: Maintain availability calendars and resource schedules, share project briefs, assignments, and guidelines, ensure vendors adhere to our process and quality standards, maintain structured talent pools by skill, language, domain, and tools, allocate resources based on project priority and timelines, track deliverables, feedback, and vendor performance.Finance Coordination: Process vendor invoices, track payments, and ensure compliance with payment timelines.Requirements:Talent Sourcing: Proficiency in identifying top talent, building relationships, and maintaining a strong network of vendors.Vendor Management: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
