About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in marketing, a focus on website and social media design coordination, email campaigns, and event management with good communication. This position is crucial in supporting our marketing strategies and driving the success of our campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Website and Social Media Design Coordination
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure website and social media platforms are engaging and up-to-date.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with designers and developers for web updates and digital asset creation.
- Email Campaign Management
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, utilizing Account Based Marketing strategies, including audience segmentation and targeted messaging.
- Monitor and report on the performance of email campaigns, providing insights for optimization.
- Sales and Marketing Report Generation
- Generate and analyse marketing reports (via CRM and CMS) to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports to the sales and marketing teams, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Event Coordination
- Organize and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Manage logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional materials for events.
- Digital & Print Content Creation
- Assist with the development of impactful presentations or pitch decks and reports using PowerPoint, ensuring clear messaging and professional design.
- Contribute to the management of content for diverse marketing channels, including blog posts, social media updates, email campaigns, and printed materials for events and trade shows.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and website management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Qualifications
3-4 years of experience in marketing, with proven success in digital and event coordination.
