Job Title: Strategic Digital Transformation ConsultantAbout the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced digital transformation consultant to join our team. As a key member of our advisory team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic guidance and support to clients in achieving their business objectives.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital technologies and be able to provide expert advice on IT outsourcing, cloud solutions, and other related areas.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality consulting services to clients, including project planning, vendor research and selection, financial modeling, RFP creation, contract negotiations, and post-selection administrative tasks.Support advisory teams in developing initial assessments, project plans, and client proposals.Conduct data analysis, benchmarking, and market sourcing comparisons to support client decision-making.Requirements:Experience:A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in consulting engagements within the outsourcing industry, either with a large consulting firm or through managing large transformation programs.Significant experience in the deal advisory space, advising clients on ITO sourcing transactions or leading and managing deals at Service Providers.Skills:Strong understanding of global corporate large deals practice, including key win drivers, solution design, cost levers, and ability to work with Service Providers to ensure effective cost solutions and agreed upon service level agreements.Experience and knowledge of transformation initiatives, with a focus on shared services, operational improvement, and outsourcing/offshoring strategies.Ability to perform assessment projects focused on evaluating clients' current IT environment and process maturity, with a strong understanding of IT spend analysis, cost breakdown, and identifying opportunities for overall cost optimization.Education:Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in a technical or scientific field is a must.MBA/MS or other advanced degree(s) is desirable.Travel:Up to 20% travel required, as per project requirement.Benefits:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
