Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Lead to spearhead QA efforts for our AppScan Product team. As a key member, you will oversee and manage the quality assurance process for AppScan SAST and related security testing tools.Your primary responsibility will be to proactively communicate testing status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and engineers. You will also design and implement test strategies across functionality, performance, usability, and security.The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in QA and proficiency in scripting languages such as Windows batch, Linux bash, and Java. Experience with automation tools like Selenium and Cypress is a plus.You will be responsible for defining and executing automated and manual tests in enterprise-level environments, creating and maintaining test plans, cases, and test documentation using tools like Jira.Collaboration with cross-functional teams across the US and India is essential to align on release schedules and troubleshoot issues. Mentorship and guidance of junior QA team members are also key aspects of this role.Nice to have skills include exposure to static analysis tools, integrating QA into CI/CD pipelines for secure software delivery, and experience with containers, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
