Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, inspect, and maintain solar PV systems (both rooftop and ground-mounted).Wire solar panels, inverters, and other system components per design specifications.Troubleshoot and repair system malfunctions or performance issues.Conduct regular maintenance and performance checks.Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.Coordinate with project managers, electricians, and clients for on-site tasks.Complete system testing and assist in commissioning solar installations.Accurately document work performed, system data, and issues resolved. QualificationsProven experience in solar PV installation or electrical work (minimum 2-3 years preferred).Knowledge of solar components (panels, inverters, batteries, racking systems).Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.Familiarity with tools, multimeters, and solar monitoring platforms.Physically fit to work at heights, on rooftops, and in outdoor environments.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
