Role SummarySeeking a seasoned professional to establish and foster corporate relations, driving placements and opportunity creation for full-time management students.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of corporates and placement contacts.Network with senior professionals, including CHROs, functional leaders, and CXOs, to create placement opportunities.Design and execute strategic outreach plans to convert new accounts and deliver on individual targets.Plan and engage with corporates for campus engagement activities, such as leadership talks, live projects, panel discussions, conclaves, and workshops.Stay up-to-date with industry and economic developments to enhance the effectiveness of outreach efforts.Requirements10-15 years of experience in a similar capacity in the higher education industry.Proven sales and strategy orientation, with knowledge of business school placements.Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with experience of working as a team.Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.Understanding of the Indian Premier Business Schools landscape and career outcomes.Ability to meet targets assigned, with a keen eye on planning, managing, and execution.Well-networked in the corporate HR and corporate community, with a rich track record of business negotiations and closing deals.Proactive, enthusiastic, positive attitude, and pleasing personality, with strong analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with presentation skills.High level of integrity and strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and positive attitude.Location: Gurgaon
