Role & responsibilitiesAs a Coordination Specialist, you will work closely with the program specialists/recruiters. Executing the coordination and customer relationship management (CRM) activities for the contractor hiring process which includes interview scheduling, BGV monitoring and follow-up, and physical on-boarding. You will require to collaborate with business, SPS, vendors for managing logistics, and onboarding needs which also includes PO generation and adhering to compliance.Independently manage end-to-end interview coordination, CRM activities, and contractor logistics which includes contractor onboardings, extensions, and separationsCoordinate several areas of the recruiting process, including scheduling phone interviews and Skype interviewsPartner closely with recruiters, business, and the vendors to move candidates through the interview processEffectively communicate with the vendors, candidates, and internal team members while maintaining confidentialityEstablish strong working relationships with various stakeholders hiring managers, recruiter, vendor, candidates, SPS, etc.Execute scheduling requests accurately within SLAsMaintain a critical eye for the tools and resources necessary for smooth running of the businessManaging requisitions of onboarding, separations, and extensions for contractors through timely updates in the internals system like SAP, Ariba, and other internal databasesRaise purchase orders and adhere to compliancePreferred candidate profileAs a Coordination Specialist, you will work closely with the program specialists/recruiters.
