Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Tax Associate to join our esteemed tax team. This role involves providing critical support to our financial operations, contributing to tax compliance and the delivery of accurate and timely reporting.This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with a deep understanding of tax and accounting principles and U.S. GAAP compliance who excel in dynamic, collaborative environments driven by innovation, continuous improvement, and cross-border teamwork.The ideal candidate is meticulous, analytical, and proactive, with a strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset—committed to delivering excellence and driving meaningful impact within a high-performance culture.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review U.S. federal and state tax returns (1065, 1120S, 1120) for general contractors, subcontractors, and developers.Analyze percentage-of-completion (POC) and completed-contract methods for accurate tax treatment.Perform multi-state apportionment analysis and nexus determinationHandle depreciation schedules and Section 179/bonus depreciation related to heavy equipment and fixed assets.Assist in preparation of K-1s, tax basis calculations, and reconciliation of book-to-tax differences.Communicate with U.S. engagement teams to resolve open itemsStrong experience preparing or reviewing Form 990Familiarity with Schedule A (public support test) and UBIT issuesExperience with clients that receive government grantsQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.CPA, EA, or pursuing is a plus.Essential Skills:Familiarity with GoSystem Tax RS or CCH AxcessSolid understanding and proven practical application of US GAAP accounting standards and methodologies.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.Exceptional proficiency in written and verbal English communication, enabling clear and effective collaboration with U.S.-based teams and stakeholders.Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and adhere strictly to deadlines.Benefits:Health Insurance for you and your dependents including parentsProvident Fund3 % Fixed CTC Budget for Learning OpportunitiesMarket Leading Leave PolicyPaid Holidays per Calendar YearEmployee Recognition & RewardsOne of the best cultures of benevolent meritocracyJob Details:Title: Associate/Senior Associate - TaxWork Schedule: In-Office for Delhi, and Remote for good outstation candidatesNature: Full timeShift: 9-hour shift between 5 PM – 5 AM ISTLocation: Delhi, India],
