The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing scientific insights with action research to achieve sustainable development goals.As a project lead, you will be responsible for enhancing technical, scientific, and operational capacity through strategic partnerships and knowledge exchange. This may involve collaborating with local partners, dairy companies, milk cooperatives, research institutions, stakeholders, and governmental agencies.You will also contribute to the development of a strategic vision for agriculture, water, and food programming. Additionally, you will help document progress, prepare reports, and update key stakeholders regularly.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport multi-disciplinary research and implementation projectsAct as a liaison between KIA and partnersContribute to knowledge exchange between international teamsTechnical Capacity BuildingProvide technical and scientific support to implementation partnersContribute to landscape assessments of livestock and dairy sector challengesProvide insights and analysis to inform decision-makingPartner EngagementBuild and maintain relationships with local partners and stakeholdersRepresent KIA and partners at meetings and eventsProject ManagementDocument progress and prepare reportsCommunicationContribute to white papers, blog posts, and other written materialsSupport fundraising and grant writingBenefitsThis role offers the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge initiative with a passionate team committed to driving social impact.
